We were updated with new boxes and have had nothing but trouble with them. We tried calling for help and were disconnected 2 times.

We finally got to talk to a customer service person and she told us it was a software problem and there was nothing she could do. We asked for a discount until it was fixed and she said she could do nothing.

We pay a premium for service and were told we just have be patient. WE are NOT HAPPY CONSUMERS!!!!!

There should be some compensation for our lack of service, and being unable to get our old system back.

They have us over a barrel and feel they can do whatever they want.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Service and dependability of product.
