Customer service I always ask to speak to a USA rep in customer service. Flip a quarter you’re disconnected, wait a long time Or your customer service reps take things personally. They’re representing the company they don’t own it

Got mad at me several calls when I said No I do not want the higher 500 level channels. Upset with me cause I’m paying approx $190 a month Amd don’t want more channels. They’re rude .

Direct tv had a good thing till they decided to team up with at&t. I was told by customer rep no one else has complained ... 11,000+ complaints online And only if you do arbitration can you get results

I really am sickened by the apathetic customer service in USA Amd overseas hotline stays silent repeats what you say that’s it.

Every year or sooner get pixelation, freezing of movies, we purchased high speed internet but hav8ng iss7es with playing back now and more
