I called to try to lower my crazy bill. I transferred to some woman named Loretta in the protection plan division (have no idea why I was transferred there).
She tried to sell me a protection policy and when I said no, she tried to sell me a home security system. I told her I wasn't interested and she wouldn't stop. I asked her to stop and again, she told me about crime in my area. I asked to speak w her manager, she wouldn't.
I asked for her last name, and she wouldn't give it to me. Very upsetting.
