The direct tv was installed in June. I was quoted a two year contract.

The first bill was 88.37. The second bill is 85.53. I called on July 13 I got sent to 3 different departments I talked to regular billing (Jerry), I was sent to employees (Gretchen), and finally to direct tv (Lance) Each department said no such promotion exsited my original call was to solve a wireless issue so the representative offer this deal and was verified by her manager. After getting to direct tv I just asked can you just cancel this service and give me back my u verse because I had no issues with it and it was cheaper and the rep (Lance ) hung up on me.

Direct tv goes out during storms, my Mitsubishi tv has no remote programming, the remote does not often work and there is no way to change the channel until the remote decides to work. I would just like to go back to u verse without having to pay out of the year contract.
