Cancelled after 12 yrs, billed contract charge, I have no contract, billing said I do, could offer no proof. I have not changed anything in 12 years, only had a tech last year to reposition dish, was told there was no charge and was never billed for it.
Billing said having a tech here created a contract.
So now there's a $245 charge for leaving contract early, I never agreed to a new contract, the tech wanted me to upgrade, but I said no, just move the dish.
I don't understand, Person I talked to was rude and never gave me a legitimate answer as to when I agreed to a 2 year contract.
