Cancelled after 12 yrs, billed contract charge, I have no contract, billing said I do, could offer no proof. I have not changed anything in 12 years, only had a tech last year to reposition dish, was told there was no charge and was never billed for it.

Billing said having a tech here created a contract.

So now there's a $245 charge for leaving contract early, I never agreed to a new contract, the tech wanted me to upgrade, but I said no, just move the dish.

I don't understand, Person I talked to was rude and never gave me a legitimate answer as to when I agreed to a 2 year contract.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $245.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Directv Cons: Lies and ommisions.

Did you add an extra receiver in the last 2 years? Do you have any programming discounts?

That's about all that would put you in a commitment. If none of this has been done please call retention and tell them you want them to escalate your account to account management for a commitment dispute.
