For months now, I have had a 'remainder' of my bill left on my account AND this is an AUTOMATIC billing. I have spoken to many idots and they just simply ignore what I'm asking.
I don't know what Directv is up to, but it has thorougly ticked me off. Second 'current' issue: I cancelled Starz and 3 weeks later find out that what this deceitful foreign 'service' rep did was takt $7.00 off Starz for the next 6 months.
I had to practically crawl thru the phone to get these poorly trained and RUDE people to CANCEL Starz, effective on the day I called in the first place. Now, after very little thought, I am cutting the cable and never going back.
