Each time I open my bill from Direct TV I never know if it will be the same as the last bill or if it has gone up again. This time I called to get my bill lowered, again.
I do this every time it goes up. This time I also pulled up on line the direct tv web site. My bill was $180.55 which includes my wireless bill. There on the direct tv website was an offer for new customers for the same thing I am paying $180.55 for new customers can get for $80 a month for 24 months.
Seriously?? I am being charged an extra $100 for being a loyal customer.
I call *** on that!! I even asked the person that answered the phone at DTV why is that the case???
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $2400.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Directv Cons: Over billing.
