It is happening as I speak. 38 minutes ago I called to cancel my HBO and Starz promotion channels that were given to me 3 months ago.

I have now been routed and rerouted and sent here and there only to be told they must send me somewhere else. When I finally do get a live person, they are from India and many times are not able to be understood. They speak so fast and then get pissed when asked to repeat themselves. All I want to do is cancel the promotional channels so I am not billed for them.

Last night my roommate brought home a Roku and now I have over 300 free channels. -By the way, the roku has/had nothing to do with cancelling the promotional channels whatsoever. I was on the phone a grand total of 49 minutes and 53 seconds. Each time I was transferred I got an India person and one I could not understand her at all.

I HATE AT&T!!!!! I simply cringe every time I have to deal with them.
