I got a new TV stand and the cords came undone. After 4 calls in one day, talking to the most ignorant reps I have ever seen in my, I find out their tech support does not know where the cords go either!
I tried to obtain names and operator numbers but was only given the name Jeff. Evidentially everyone's name is Jeff.
The supervisor listened to my explanation and then said, "so tell me again!" It's worth it to pay the cancellation fees and get this God forsaken company out of your life! DON'T GET THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...THEY ARE WORSE THAN SUDDEN LINK!
