I just signed up with DirecTV the agent assured me that everything was great. Didn't know that DirectTV does not provide Channel 5.
Nothing was said about it. Don't you think they could have at least mentioned it??? They would have if they were honest. Channel 5 is one of the stations that I watch the very most and I am very disappointed that I don't have Channel 5 and that I was not informed that channel 5 was not available.
In addition I find their guide and menu process very cumbersome! I'm now wishing that I never switched to DirecTV and sorry I switched to DirecTV.
I guess I'm stuck now. But I will not make this mistake again.
