I Love DirecTV, but....
Been with them forever, AT&T merge changes are negative. This new format is IMPOSSIBLE. WHY do we need so much clear bkack space? I have a 55" TV and I can barely read any if the text. They need to make the font LARGER. There was nothing wrong with previous format. Hate Dish & cable, but might have to give up TV alk together. Would love to know what in the world they were thinking! I'm thinking apparently they were not thinjing at all.....at least not about the viewers.

Called Directv to report Fox and Friends having technical difficulties for two days, she said working on it, then said I just started on my shift. Oh I feel so Much better now, directv you lost another Customer.

Fire your attorneys. Negotiate BEFORE your contract runs out so your customers don't have to pay for something they are not getting. This is NOT a technical issue. It is a lack of customer service and negotiation skills.

Directv Service Transfer Review
I called and asked about Directv prior to having it installed due to moving within next few months and was told it was free. Now I have a $199 charge for installing a satellite, I'm sorry it's not free if you charge. Had I know about this charge for a service that states free I would have used someone else. I highly recommend not doing business with Directv.
