I was calling on behalf of my parents, the picture has been distorted on most channels. They said they could sent a tech for "only" $100.00, or a $10 a month payment for a minimum of 6 months.

I don't understand why money is being asked of something that is clearly an issue on their part. I spoke to an associate, then a supervisor named Jerome. He ponded me off on a loyalty program, Jada stated if Jerome couldn't help then there was nothing she could do. I them asked for corporate and was told that I would have to send a letter because they don't have a phone.

A million dollar business corporate office does not have a phone?

It sounds like they're making it as difficult as possible to be reached. My parents are older, now I'm questioning how many b.s fees have been placed on them unknowingly.
