These jokers moved their support to the Phillipines and they have no problem lying and stealing from their customers. I have never dealt with such *** bags.

What a *** company. No Ethics, No policies, and No customer service!

I spoke to 5 supervisors and they all lied to me about everything and anything. Never deal with these *** bags! I think one of them stole money from my room as well.

I told their customer service about this and they were going to give me a $200 gift card. No gift card. They were going to credit my account $100. No credit.

I never asked for anything.

This is all things they offered me. They are a bunch of thief's and liars.
