This is strike 2. Just had my dish replaced with DTV.

I was trying to save money as both my wife and i are disabled. And my wife is on hospis, i told the dtv. rep. that we had 4 channles we needed.

She replied they all come in the 50 dollar program we were getting. They Lied to me. We only get 2 out of the 4 channles. So i ask you why lie.

It makes you look so bad to lie just to sign someone up. I have only been with you 2 days. I know i am just a *** ant. But you ever been stung by a fire ant.

Also known as a *** ant. I will be leaving you soon. And going back to Dish. At least they never lied to me.

I will also make a complant to the A.G. office here in washington state.

Direct TV is the worst ever for customer service. They cut you off if they don't want to talk to you & all have the same reply
