I am really starting to hate Directv...it goes out before the storm even starts! Why does this happen...well they say it could be that my equipment is old...WHAT?

But if I want a two year contract I will get new equipment! Oh ok after years of putting up with no service when it's going to rain and I say going to...you really need a new contract agreement from me. How about you deduct your loss of service from my bill...for every time it rains?

Oh and yes I know my contract has ended...and no I do not want to upgrade and add internet and a home phone... last but not least don't have a broken english speaking representative call me to upgrade...especially during dinner hours.
