I ordered direct tv on 2/9/2018. I had prevouisly tried to connect direct and was told that I had too many trees in the way.

I explained that to the assiociate that I talked to, and he (Edward), advised me that new technolagy made it so that trees didn't matter, and even went so far as to tell me that his dish was moved to his back yard, where there were a lot of trees, and said that his dish worked just fine.

The technition showed up to install my direct tv, and told me it wasn't going to work because of the trees. Just goes to show you that they'll tell you anything to get you to order.
