THEY LIE TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY..... I have been a customer for 15 years.

But when we moved, their equipment failed which resulted in no service for 1.5 years. They sent many many repair people to the home to "adjust" the substandard genies. The service would be out again before they got out of the driveway. The service reps promised a credit would be issued when the issues were finalized...when the genies were finally upgraded to hard wired boxes, they denied making promises about credit.

We payed $2000 through monthly premiums to that point...programming we did not get. I learned that they will say anything to keep you hooked.

They lie, cheat, and mislead. I moved to DISH.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Directv Cons: Lying representatives.

Direct tv are big big fibbers .they do not tell the truth. I would not work for direct tv or any other place I got to lie to keep my job.
