The sales rep said we would get the same programming as we had with DISH. We lost the Smithsonian channel, GRIT and NetFlicks.

We called them to have DISH reconnected after less than 24 hours with DirectV. The technician said he would reconnect, no problem. He never came. We called DirectV and spoke to the customer service folks there.

They were very nice and cancelled our contract at no charge. They told us it was not their responsibility to reconnect us with DISH.

We called DISH and the technician is coming today to reconnect us at no charge. DirectV will not ever be allowed on my property again.
