It is CBS this time. It has been out all day and i do not get to watch the college football game I want. I call support and someone in the Philippines answers and has not clue what is going on.

I then call Tech support and a person in OK answers. They think it is no Big Deal that they are not honoring their service commitment. The tech support person is actually arguing that we should not be complaining. She is indicating that all providers have problems and Direct TV is the best of them all.

Very poor all around. Why can't I get out of this contract? It is horrible.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Technical Support.
