I am so upset what just happend to my farther.he was paying the bill each month.and his bill up so he stoped paying it and called them.cause when it went up he was not notified about it.and he is elderly and disabled on ssdi a small cheack.and without his consent took out 501of his account yesterday.and he has no money.to pay his rent and buy food.how sad...

I switched from Dish to Direct thinking it was a better deal money wise. What i have found is the quality of service isn't there. We find we cant watch fully because it stay digitize consistantly. If you speak to customer service it,is my,location problem. But i never had before with dish. I just think they need to upgrade their systems and service. Maybe,that will come years later. But now,i will go back to dish.

Directv Tv Service Review
My T.V has been out for 6 days already, and Direct TV won't be here for 3 more days. Oviously they don' t have enough workers. So when they come on Wednesday im going to tell them to take there dish and there equipment and shove it up there ***!
This company is the worst. Will not work with loyal customers one bit. I will never ever use them again and will be telling all of my clients to stay far away.
