Channel 4 cbs was dropped and I have complained and don’t know when it’s back. Directv says to use locast app on tv but it’s not stable it freezes and goes in and out.

I am so upset what just happend to my farther.he was paying the bill each month.and his bill up so he stoped paying it and called them.cause when it went up he was not notified about it.and he is elderly and disabled on ssdi a small cheack.and without his consent took out 501of his account yesterday.and he has no money.to pay his rent and buy food.how sad...

They are the worst. They gave me a price before installation and my bill doubled in one month. When I called to see why the sudden increase. They claim that I requested the premium package. I know what I requested and I hadn't agreed to the premium package since it was too expensive. They changed your plan without your knowledge and then they bill you for the higher amount hopeing you dont question it. They also forgot to tell me that there is an additional fee for the equipment every month.

It is CBS this time. It has been out all day and i do not get to watch the college football game I want. I call support and someone in the Philippines answers and has not clue what is going on. I then call Tech support and a person in OK answers. They think it is no Big Deal that they are not honoring their service commitment. The tech support person is actually arguing that we should not be complaining. She is indicating that all providers have problems and Direct TV is the best of them all. Very poor all around. Why can't I get out of this contract? It is horrible.

I cannot get through to CS. Put in hold for 5 hours now!!! Called SALES got right through but they could only give me the # I already called. So the lesson here is direct TV doesn't care about current customers but are right there for new ones. *** OFF DIRECT TV I AM CANCELLING SERVICE!!

DirectTV has terrible customer service and business practices. they sent me the note below that had the following sentence "We'd like to offer you a complimentary upgrade, without a new programming commitment" When I call up Beth Employee # 18005001146. Tells me that complimentary does not mean free and they can give me this upgrade for $99. Talk about unethical business practices. Below is the full email Dear Valued Customer, This message is to inform you that we have launched a new version of the DIRECTV App which will replace your GenieGO device. GenieGO will no longer be supported after 11/04/16. The DIRECTV App allows you to continue to view your DVR recordings, download DVR recordings, and stream live TV from your receiver to your mobile device 1. In order to use the full functionality of the DIRECTV App, you will need to upgrade your receiver. We'd like to offer you a complimentary upgrade, without a new programming commitment, so that you can continue to enjoy your shows and movies on the go. Details
I switched from Dish to Direct thinking it was a better deal money wise. What i have found is the quality of service isn't there. We find we cant watch fully because it stay digitize consistantly. If you speak to customer service it,is my,location problem. But i never had before with dish. I just think they need to upgrade their systems and service. Maybe,that will come years later. But now,i will go back to dish.
