Directv in Norton, Massachusetts - Don't Deliver

So I signed up for a promotional offer for ATT and Direct. Called in to redeem it as was promised a $250 gift card for having ATT and Direct. Each company point at the other and not one of them delivers.Called Direct on phone for nearly 2 hours before coming unglued. Still no answer - called ATT and they say contact Direct. Totally wish I didn't get in a contract and will be looking elsewhere in less than 2 months. Cannot understand how the FCC and BBB allow for such shoddy treatment of customers. Have TWO marketing letters in front of me, and CSR told me "I am not eligible for the gift card."

Directv in Boston, Massachusetts - Very bad experience

The first installer did not have the correct Genie equipment that we ordered. Second installer did not have cement to install dish in the ground (granted bad weather), but said he would keep our account on hold and to call back to reschedule. Called back to reschedule- they closed out our account. Now if we want Directv we have to go through the entire sales process again (which took a good 45 minutes the first time)... so annoyed... not sure it's worth it!!

I hate Direct Tv! The minute it rains it goes off, want me to pay them to come out and fix it! Sorry very bad service!!!They say we can't do anything unless you pay us for a visit. Really pay enough money to them. Happens all the time have reset connections still goes off spent many days talking to them and still want my money Feel like they control any thing they want. Money money money!

I was a xfinity costumer for 15 yrs the price was getting up there 200.00 a month so I called dish tv and direct tv for pricing 'dish would not give me a exict price direct tv quoted a price of 119.00 for tv phone and internet a bundle package, I asked them at least 20 times does that include everything they promised it did they also told me about friend referral for every friend 100.00 of my bill 10.00 a month for 10.00 months the following week my brother called them and said I refered him he got his 10.00 a month. they told me someone else refered him and the cards they gave me with my installation belonged to someone else and they got my 10.00 a month but they wouldent tell me who and they would not let my brother convince them other wise( I think my instaltion man gave me his cards) then I got my first bill over 200.00 and was told I dident qualfy for bundling cause I dident order a high enough pkg of direct tv and that my regular bill would be 150.00 a month you think that's still better then xfinty cause direct tv has over 900 channels but 600 are shopping networks lol you been warned

Why can't I speak to a person that can speak English. The sales people speak English. We tried having verizonon speed up our internet and in the process, they crashed my pc. LOST ALL PICS, VIDEO AND IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. Hate Direct TV. Had no choice for our internet provider as it's a PACKAGE DEAL!

I have direct tv and had Verizon try to speed up my internet. Crashed pc and list everything.

Have been going through chemo and radiation and was given 3 mo to live without treatment! Lost all pics and documents AND a book I was writing! Who can I complain too?

Was too sick to complain before this!
