So we are paying $99 a month for a TV that gives ZERO good channels. If you call in for customer service, they charge a $5 dollar fee just to speak to a person instead of a machine.

Talk about customer service, wow. Now let's talk about all the basic cable channels they charge extra to have with their service. We don't get Cook, GSN, ESQ, E!, Brvo, Reelz, Spike, USA, SyFy, TNT, TruTV, TBS, FX, COM, oxgn, life, lmn, AMC, TCM, chll, FXM, FXX, We, dlif, A&E, Hist, H2, Trav, DSC, TLC, APL, NGW, Dest, tvld, ION, GAC, CMT, MTV, MTV2, and VH1.

Oh DTV does make sure to give you every single useless infomercial channel they can for $100 dollars a month though. Thanks DTV, for proving to be one of the worse TV services in the US.
