I was approached to purchase Direct TV at Sam's Club. I was given the total price for service and it seemed to be a good deal.

I am a very cautious person , so I called Direct TV and asked If there were any additional charges for anything. I was told there were NO additional charges for anything. When the Direct TV Tech arrived I asked him before he started if there were any additional charges, he said No. After disconnecting my Dish service and wiring I was told about some additional charges.

I refused the service from Direct TV because I will not do business with a company that is not truthful. I contacted Dish service and told them what had happened they reconnected me at no charge. The Dish Co.

has always worked with me in the past and has always been honest. I plan to stay right where I'm at and hope you will give them a try if your interested in fairness and honesty GO DISH.
