I was having problems with getting a signal for a lot of my channels on direct.Called direct ,they scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out.

He came out told me that my dish needed to be repointed because of trees since I had it installed ten years ago. But because they had installed it on a Duke energy power pole he could not do anything about it. First of all the people who came out an installed my dish where the ones who did this. He told me I would have to get a private contractor to come out and repoint my dish at my expense .I understood when I got direct they would make sure my equipment worked and I paid my bill.

due to this I am cancelling my account with them.I am planning to get dish network they are not as expensive as diret is!!!!!!

Review about: Directv Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Wont address problems.
