Been a paying customer for almost 2 yrs.and was told i had to wait and pay my upcoming bill which wasn't due till the following month on the 11th. I was without a remote for 2 weeks.

Sad considering ive been dealing with them this long. Review my payments. I've paid u people faithfully. However i will not recommend their services to no one as of now.

They didn't always be so petty. And unprofessional

yep. the only people you can talk to on the phone are foreigners in some sweat shop who can BARELY even speak english.
