Appt 1 - Tech arrives and states he can't go onto the roof to install on the best location (Chimney) due to new rules which require fall protection and a supervisor.Appt2 - Same Installer two days later never shows but does call informing his supervisor is in a meeting so he is likely to run late.

I call after waiting 4hrs to learn he places notes on my account saying he did arrive but needs a 40' ladder and places my account on-hold forcing yet a 3rd day I need to *** work WTF! Attached is the chimney in question... Do we really need a 40' ladder? Thanks ATT & Direct TV for what appears to be 3 lost days of work and for what?

A ton of grief, the tech claiming BS and I get $100 credit...Maybe Spectrum isn't that bad after all...
