Directv - New Format

I and many others I know do not like the new format at all. It is a lot harder to read, among other things.

Yes! We are also very unsatisfied with this stupid change at Direct TV.Four what reason was it changed in any way???
No improvement as far as I can see.So just fire the developer and go back to old system. Please!
Worse update in the history of updates! Font, Font, Font...why would you make it so small and not be able to change it.
Awful!Even worse is my system is slower than its ever been, just powering it up is brutal.
Don't get me started on on-demand, I upgraded my internet to 100Mb + and it still never works. Everything buffers and half of the content says its not available.Why why why.Can't wait till I am out of my contract.

Can not even read it. If you care about your customers, go back to what it was before, or we will be looking for other options.
I cannot read your new format. I cannot tell if I have seen the episode you highlight until I select it which is a waste of time.DONT FIX WHAT IS NOT BROKEN.
You should have left well enough alone. Time to look for a new provider.
I hate the new format & can't wait til my contract is up so I can change service. If they switch it back I would probably stay because I loved the old DVR setup and menu (easy to see, use and watch in order of series). Please bring it back.

The new format stinks!!! Less choices for sorting recordings.
Less ability to look at future programming. Just less features. And harder on the eyes on every new screen. Whose bright idea was this, anyway?
DirecTv used to just be a typical overpriced rip off. Now it’s not even fun to watch!
After the new format I’m looking for a new provider, the guide used to be in bold print and now it is very hard to read . Very disappointed

What is really going to happen ? Some comments say hang in there they are going back to the old way then I read saying they were told no they weren’t.
So what’s the deal ? I love to record series and no dates on the recordings. When I stop watching a program and want to resume where I left off but no it starts from the beginning.

Well, ive had enough. I had about 10-12 ep of a series saved on my dtv/dvr.
I watched one deleted it and DAMNED if this new piece of CRAP INTERFACE deleted the whoke series!! I’m done, they have no intention of goibg back to old set up or straightening out the ness they have created. I my just let em wajt for their money too. Maybe we should all hold off on paying for sonething we did not sign up for.
They never consulted me about a stupid change. Anyone agree???

I bought in to a service. You signed the dotted line and the product is changed. I'm sure there is got to be a law against that.

I absolutely hate the new format. How about an option to go back to the old one.
I do not like the new DirecTV format. Hard to read, print is so small. Take the icons out and make the words bigger!!
