Your last change to the font size on the screen tops any other upgrade ever. You can not read the screen!!

The font size and the combination of color options makes almost impossible to read what's on the screen. Is the person or persons responsible for this piece of c**p still working there? Don't you look at the changes you make and what affect it will have on your customers? Anybody in their right mind could see the font sizes and color combinations were too small and too conflicting.

How could they not be aware of this?

You certainly showed how much Direct TV really cares about their customers.

Here is my latest change I will be making for Directv: I'm going to cancel my subscription and go with Sling, Roku, Hulu, and the other options available. I realize I will have to pay a fee because I haven't had Directv for the required time period but it will be worth it.

Yours truly, a disgruntled customer.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Look at other options and drop Directv.

I didn't like: Changes since att took over.
