I would like to voice my opinion on the new format that was introduced recently on my DirecTV account.It is terrible.
Whoever designed the new format was designing it for themselves and not for the DirecTV customer. The performance of the old format was perfect and addressed everything that the client required in enjoying DirecTV. What used to be a couple of steps to get to a target location now requires sometimes two extra steps.
Maybe it would have been beneficial if the design group had surveyed the DirecTV customer base prior to attempting to improve something that was already working, and working better than the upgrade.All I can say is that the new hyped up format is terrible!
