No advanced notice of the change that I know, no user manual that I know of to help navigate the new GUI and on top of that, it is so much more difficult to navigate. How is this better?

The old GUI was just fine.

I am reading thru all of the reviews and no one is good. Someone at a high level better do something quickly or many customers who can opt out of their contract will be doing so and for those that can will be opting out when they can if something is not addressed VERY QUICKLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please read all of these comments and react to them quickly!

100% correct. Pretty, but not functional.

Also, Music & Photos and Caller ID are GONE. How stupid is that.


I agree. It sucks!- Font to small.- Black, gray, dark gray, ever heard of color.- Hit settings and have to scroll to the right to find out what I'm looking for is actually under settings.

Before it was all in one list on the right side.- Can't turn on or off Caller ID.

Can't review last 25 calls. WTF?Fix it or I'm gone after 6 years.
