Your a bunch of idiots at att directv. AT&T has ruined everything about directv.

With this new guide they should be paying me to watch and use their crap. One more wrong move and I might as well go with the *** local tv spectrum.

It’s a lot cheaper and you get the same crap AT&T has brought to directv. Thanks you morans.

Can’t stand the new guide. Everything is so tiny you need a 72” screen to see the information.

Had Directv for 20 years but looks like that may be ending soon. Checking other options now. AT&T, you really f’d this one up. I know, I know, you don’t really care about the customer...just the bucks.

I’m really more irritated with Directv for even going with the merger. Oh well, like the 70’s singer Jim Stafford used to say...”All good things must come to an end.” Oh well, thanks for the memories!!!

Agreed, menu sucks, guide is horrible, I can’t navigate my recordings and the color scheme is pointless. DirectV went downhill as soon as they merged with AT&T.

The new TV guide is so low grade just like your customer service. This is a sign that things are only going to get worst!

. AT&T don't give a *** about their customer, nothing has changed. As soon as I heard the AT&T was taking over I had flash back of 20 years ago when I had their phone services BIG rip off!

I'm done with Direct TV now that AT&T is involved. Comcast, I'm coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their customer service consists of people whose English sounds like glubglubglub!! I'm seriously thinking of going over to DISH! At least you can read their guide and don't have to put up with it moving at a snail's pace.

Im begging you to bring back the old guide. Your customers have been complaining about this new format for months and you do nothing about it.

As soon as I can get out of my contract, I am leaving Directtv if this shitty guide is not changed back to what it was . shameful

I am really unhappy with the new grid and just as irked that you allowed the Scientology Channel to join the line-up. I see a mass exodus of viewers in your company’s future. I feel sorry for your staff having to deal with the fall-out.

The update ruined the service for me. I will be cancelling at end of month before full price kicks in.

I was all in with keeping until the update....I hate it. Even lost channels that came with package before.

Don't like the navigation or slow functioning. They should have left it as it was.

You cant watch a show while your scrolling the guide. The chanel goes off and no sound. Takes forever for the guide to load as well.

Who was in charge of this update it's horrible. The print on the screen is too small and hard to see.

It's difficult to navigate through recordings and what happened to caller ID. FiOS is finally coming to my town and am ready to make the switch.

I agree. The new guide is horrible.

They need to switch it back. This is more than just being used to it. It is way too convoluted and not user friendly. I get so damn pissed every time I try to enter a full channel number like 0501 when I have the guide up.

It initiates some other menu that I have no interest in. The format is confusing and has a lousy feel and look.
