This is the worst user interface I’ve ever seen. I am in the business of installing AV systems and I find myself having to steer customers away from Directv for the first time in my 10 years as a customer.

It seems that it was designed by a group of people that didn’t collaborate, have never used a remote and are genuinely inept. Also, since the purchase of Directv by AT&T it seems that they are on a mission to completely wreck a once stellar company with impeccable customer service to make their u-verse product look more competent.
