I had my direct TV services transferred when we moved and was told there was no relocation fee. 3 days later I was contacted and told I would have $200 added to my next bill.

I told them to come get their equipment, and they said "fine, but you will get an early termination fee". They sent me to collections for $600, and I am now ineligible for any other AT&T services. 1 year later they have waived all fees after 7.5 hours on the phone except for $202 dollars of what they call a previous balance.

Credit is already ruined and has caused higher interest rate on several transactions in the past year. Any Ideas?

Directv definitely has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its as though they are trained to treat customers as if they are idiots and have no idea what they are talking about. After the football season I will definitely cancel my Directv and find a better more people friendly way to view tv.
