I received a statement showing that my payment was reversed. When I contacted them on 2/25 to advised that the payment hadn't been declined.
The associate contacted my bank to verify the information and then submitted it to the finance department. I waited a week (3/3) because there hadn't been a response. And was told to give them more time. So, I wait another week only to be told that the finance department couldn't verify the information.
And that after TWO WEEKS I needed to submit a dispute online. WHY wasn't I give this information on my initial call? NOW I am being told that I have to wait another 10 business days for a resolution. And that they can assure me that someone will be in touch with me via email.
BUT when the finance department completed their initial investigation, NO ONE contacted me to advise of their decision.
I am SO tired of getting the run around. This process is ridiculous!!!!
