I can never connect to the on demand service as there is no Internet connection. I have had CenturyLink come out twice as I had lost in house wireless service.
They replaced their modem box. Their part of the system seemed to be completely restored. After completely resetting everything, the internet connection worked for about an hour. Again it does no connect.
Any attempt at reconnection accomplishes nothing but wasting my time.
Multiple attempts to work with Directv have accomplished nothing. When you can get through, they are as nice as they can be, but nothing ever changes or is made any better.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of system not workingcenturylink. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "no on demand no internet connection" of directv movies on demand tv service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $130. DIRECTV needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
