What is going on direct tv can no help any thing that they say or do you get .

e-mail that they are coming out for a call and never show up to bad they don't care.

But don't pay a bill and what how much they care then .

I have been dealing with these people from the end of the year until now and still have not go any thing fiqure out.

have to stay with direct tv because of where we live .

please do not sign up with direct tv.

I Know how you feel, I used to have direct until one day got a bill for movies i nrver orderd, and was 4 years back. I got the bill in 2008 and these charges were from 2004, try to figure that one out, then when i called to dispute the charges, they said they will not take the fees of 250.00 off and that i had to pay, get real needless to say i didnt pay dont get direct tv
