Direct TV refuses to place a service call for 2 weeks!Not picking up a satelite signal after a 3 day power outage and they say it will be 2 weeks before they can send a technician out!
I see their Direct TV vans and trucks all over the place parked and it will take 2 weeks? And I will also be charged for service during these 2 weeks.
And sitting on hold for 45 minutes after going through many voice prompted menues that cannot understand anything you say.I would love to cancel my service but then they charge huge fees to cancel!
