Direct TV refuses to place a service call for 2 weeks! Not picking up a satelite signal after a 3 day power outage and they say it will be 2 weeks before they can send a technician out!
I see their Direct TV vans and trucks all over the place parked and it will take 2 weeks? And I will also be charged for service during these 2 weeks.
And sitting on hold for 45 minutes after going through many voice prompted menues that cannot understand anything you say. I would love to cancel my service but then they charge huge fees to cancel!
