I have been a Directv customer since before they owned the satellite service. Lately I needed a technician to come look at my system to see why basic channels had lost signal and others were badly pixelated.

All phone contacts are clearly foreign and no help whatsoever. I was told they would send a tech if I signed up for the protection program. WTF? Why isn't there anyone local to make one visit to check my system?

On top of jacking up costs every year regardless of my loyalty for over 25 years, I have finally reached my limit.

Dropping the AT&T jerks and going to Dish. Tired of the customer service that doesn't exist.

We are having similar issues. Been with direct tv for over 20 years. Very disappointing...
