want to charge me to cancel even though they are the problem. most used pharse by customer service agents and supervisor is " I can't " even Sam Walton would not accept that. nothing more to say but I need to do at least 80 words. so now I'm just taking up space till the site will let me submit this.
this could be as silly as direct tv.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor equipment and untimely manner of fixing their mistake. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of directv tv service. DIRECTV needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
