July 9th, called and got appointment for July 14th between 1200 and 4pm. No show called at 4 saying that they would be here at 4:30.
Did not show. Called DirecTV at 6pm - they said call back at 8 if he didn't show. Called at 830pm and the said he got behind. I asked when he was showing up here.
They stated that I would be put back till the 25th. When I stated I should be next not last they said that's how they did it After I complained they said they could movee to Thurs.
I said Dish can be here by Wednesday. They then said I was cancelled.
