Service worked fine at first, however as the rainy season came on it began to reflect the true quality of the service being received from Direct TV. The only time our satellite TV signal seem to be stable is during good weather.
Customer service informed me, it would cost $340.00 for early termination, since the contract in the fine print within the contract suggested that during bad weather conditions there may be a problem with signal.
However before signing this contract, the sales representative assured that because of new technology and more satellite, problems with signal loss during inclement weather conditions was a thing of the past. We were fooled
I would suggest to any potential Direct TV customer, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!
