We have been with Direct TV for 4-years and stayed with them after our move just for the "free" Sunday Ticket promise. Well of course, despite spending an hour and a half on the phone reviewing our movers order and being suckered into another 2-year contract, we have been billed for Sunday Ticket.

When we call they never know what the *** we are talking about. How is the billing department oblivious to what was ordered? They must type the orders in so how in the *** do they not know that we ordered 4 boxes and yet billed us for 5 and were given the Sunday Ticket promotion as part of our movers deal and yet we were billed for the service. What the *** is going on??!?

This happened to us 2 years ago when we moved and had to make repeated phone calls to have the charges removed. How do you not know what the movers deal is?!?

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at DIRECTV. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $250 and wants DIRECTV to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was poor customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
