CALLED DIREC TV SEVERAL TIMES WITHIN THE PAST FEW DAYS TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO CUSTOMER CARE REPS THAT ARE LOCATED "OFF-SHORE." THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND HAVE A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING WHAT I WANT!

ENGLISH IS NOT THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE. I HAVE WASTED OVER 2 HOURS AND ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING!!

IS THIS THE NEW DIREC TV UNDER AT&T? IF SO I WILL QUIT AND GO TO CABLE OR DISH!!

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 1999-WHEN IT WAS ECHO STAR SATELLITE TV. THE PRICES CONTINUE TO GO UP ON A YEARLY BASIS, FOR WHAT?

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM REPS THAT DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL!!

I noticed the same thing. Long hold time to reach support to someone who was clearly outsourced to off-shore. Never had that experience before the ATT merge.
