I noticed the comments about the too small font start over 1 1/2 years ago and it still isn't corrected? Too bad DirecTV is more concerned with profits instead of customer satisfaction.

I have tried to get help four times. No one understands what I am saying. I was assured a problem was taken care to find out it wasn’t. Called they said they can’t help me. Waited 45 minutes for a supervisor. No one ever got on. Called back they didn’t understand so they gave me a number to call to talk to an American. They spoke worse English and didn’t understand at all so they gave me another phone number which was a different company. I repeated the number three times. I am on call four and he doesn’t have a clue what I’m saying. No supervisor s will get on the phone they will not get me an American

Directv in Akron, Ohio - Closed acct 3 mos agao and due a refund of $101.28. They say 30 to 45 days to receive. Still nothing. Getting a run around when calling customer service.

All equipment was turned in the day after acct was closed. Every time we call customer service to check on refund owed, they say takes 30 to 45 days. It's been 3 months now. Will never return to Direct TV!

I was told that since my equipment was so old (over 4 years), they would probably not want it back by Customer Service. She stated if they did, they would send me directions. I never received any. 3 months later, I'm hit with a $288 bill for equipment!
