After practically forcing the free 3 month subscription for movie channels, I called 4 days before subscription ended to cancel. I was told that if I did not wait 4 more days, they would have to charge 10.00 fee for early cancellation!!!! Are you kidding me???!!! This is absurd!!!!!

Directv Receiver Review
Had directv for 3 weeks & suddenly all the wireless receivers do not work. Called into customer service & they said it will be 10 days before a service tech can get to me. If you can't offer service to fix your problems faster than that, you shouldn't offer service in that area until you can.
