Absolutely impossible to read the "new improved guide"! The font size is small, delay between remote and box, can't delete recorded shows with ease, unable to know visually what channels we subscribe to.

Asking everyone I know that has direct tv to voice their dislikes about format. Want to cut the cord with Direct tv lease! 100 words to log complaint is ridiculous, so I'll just ramble on that direct tv is not holding up their end of the deal in my contract. Any lawyers reading this that would entertain a class action suit?

Calling Customer service at Direct tv was typical underpaid, overworked agent extremely tired of hearing how the guide change is a nightmare for ALL their subscribers.

I believe Direct TV wants to cause thousands of subscribers to cancel no matter what the penalties are. Certainly not the quality service we pay for monthly, on time!
