TV receiver (One of five) went down in the early hours of Friday.Trouble issue is 771 (I think).

Called a dozen times - no connection after robot receiver - just a busy signal! Over and over. Tried e-mail contact. Turner me over to chat!

No one to talk to. No auto-suggestion applied! Tried everything over a period of several hours. Finally found a place to leave a message.

No return! No service! Unbelievably BAD service. Can't speak to a single person for help!

Can't really communicate unless there is a ready and available pre-answer to one of their common questions. If it's not a common problem you are s--- out of luck and left hanging for who knows how long!
