I have called several times to have my monthly rate reduced. Having certain packages removed.
I still am paying for the sports package although I have asked to have it removed several times. I have never even used it. They ignore removing anything and when they do, my rate does not change. Have spoken to several different customer service reps.
Each one tells me something different,. They must all be temps. Have not received one bit of satisfaction after several calls to this *** company. Don't switch from Comcast to Direct TV.
You will be sorry, especially if it is raining.
You lose all tv, right in the middle of the movie you are watching. HORRIBLE!!!
