Bill went up approx $50 after 2 years They offered $15 discount. They Agreed to old price.

When I turned on tv cut # of channels maybe 20. When I called they stated I declined stations. Not true. I merely Agreed to same service at reduced price.

They said I declined stations. Not true. Told them to listen to their recording of call. They were Not honest Agent was not honest and next call was as bad They only want u to sign up for Att phone nonsense!

I was a 5 year customer.
