I have had nothing but problems with Direct Tv since I joined. First I was not given the channels they promised so had to buy additional packages to get what I wanted.

DTV was supposed to be bundled with my Internet but I still received seperate bills. I called them many times to complain but nothing changed. On my last Direct TV bill my bill it doubled for no reason. I spent 1.5 hours on hold with 3 differant people trying to get answers with no luck.

Worst of all all the people I spoke to were all in the Phillipines. Direct TV and ATT are a bunch of Lieing Crooks as far as IM concerned!
